Since its establishment, KTK’s R&D department has accumulated over 20 years of industry experience. Today, it comprises a dynamic team of young professionals driven by innovation and a spirit of challenge, including 12 specialized product and mold engineers. Leveraging 3D design software such as Creo and UG, the team delivers comprehensive services in 3D modeling, structural design, and simulation analysis. With their expertise, they select premium materials and machining processes tailored to customer requirements, providing high‑quality, end‑to‑end product solutions for clients both domestically and internationally.

 

Producing high-quality products requires high-quality molds. KTK possesses the capability to independently design and manufacture molds, and employs modern management and maintenance practices.

 

The engineering department maintains rigorous product design and development control processes to ensure that customer‑specified timelines and cost requirements are met.

 

Currently, we hold nearly 20 technology patents, all of which are integrated into product development and production optimization. On average, we launch more than 90 new OEM and ODM products each year, with an annual mold‑making capacity of 100 sets. From initial professional assessment and analysis, product design, mold design and fabrication, to the design of production tooling and equipment, as well as prototype development and validation, through to production ramp‑up, every stage adheres to the APQP management process requirements of the TS 16949 system, striving to meet customer needs to the greatest possible extent.
